Primal movement is a work-out that combines mindfulness, mobility & core stability training, calisthenics, parkour, crossfit & the floor is lava into an adventurous class where you challenge your capabilities, learn new skills and strengthening your body and mind.
This class goes back to how humans are ment to move evolutionary and takes inspiration of nature and animal movement patterns. The class is both a work-out and a mindful practice with at it’s core value to be playful with movement and work on skill, balance and strength.
The class takes place at a freerun gym or calisthenics gym to optimize the technique for all movements we will do, as if we are in natural environment.
Every class is slightly different but has a the same build-up:
- mobility warm-up

- duo and group exercises/ GAMES
- technique exersizes/ skill training
- Hitt training/parkour course
